Datuk Dr. Ting Kok Hwa (Datuk Dr. Kenny Ting) was conferred the Darjah Pangkuan Seri Melaka (D.P.S.M.) on 24 August 2021, which carries the title of a Datuk by The Tuan Yang Terutama Yang di-Pertua Negeri Melaka, Tun' Seri Setia (Dr.) Haji Mohd Ali bin Mohd Rustam.

He is the Managing Director of Kum Fatt Engineering Sdn Bhd (KFESB) with over 22 years of experience in the underground utilities industry. He is a highly qualified and experienced individual, which makes him suited to the role of spokesperson for the company. His strong business acumen has transformed KFESB into a comprehensive Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) service provider in the nation.

Datuk Dr. Kenny Ting has great leadership skills and as early as 2004, the company had already invested greatly in training and development aimed to equip its employees with HDD state-of-the-art techniques and equipment. He firmly believes the HDD advanced technology in trenchless solution can improve the environment, society, and project outcomes.
